Next Houses

The Moscow Affordable Housing Trust is working on securing land to build four townhouse. Each will be 3bed/ 1.5 bath. The target price is $170-175,000.

We are buying land and houses!

We are interested in learning about potential opportunities, which might include specific properties in Moscow, financial resources, other professionals who can help us, or referrals of prospective buyers.

For acquisition-rehabilitation of existing houses they must meet the following criteria:

  • 1978 or newer (lead paint issue)
  • No floodplain
  • Must need some repairs
  • Product must end with a FMV affordable to our buyers

For new construction, land within Moscow that is suitable for single family, twin homes or townhouses is desired.
