Moscow Affordable Housing Trust works with people whose household income is between 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), an amount that varies with household size. See the Buyer Information page for more details on what the HOME program offers.

For acquisition-rehabilitation of existing houses, they must meet the following criteria:

  • 1978 or newer (lead paint issue)
  • No floodplain
  • Must need modest repairs
  • Product must end up affordable to our buyers

For new construction, land within Moscow that is suitable for single family, twin homes or townhouses is desired.
