The project is for the construction of 2 small homes for sale in a common-wall format (Moscow calls them twinhomes). Each home is 17x 40 feet, one level.
Use your own bidding format. A complete bid must include:
Cost for project
Earliest estimated start date
Any proposal for alternate materials/design
Contractor Section 3 self-certification form (Click here for form)
80% Area Median Income for Latah County is $44,200/year or $21.25/hour
Businesses who misrepresent themselves as Section 3 business concerns and report false information may have
their contracts terminated as default and be barred from ongoing and future considerations for contracting opportunities.
