Moscow Affordable Housing Trust is seeking bids to construct a twinhome at 439-445 Powers Ave.

Bids are due  4 PM March 24, 2023 by email to Director@MoscowHousingTrust.org

or delivered to the office at 501 W Palouse River Dr. Moscow, ID 83843

This job is a Section 3 eligible job opportunity. We encourage applications from individuals that are low income and/or live in Public Housing and/or receive a Section 8 Voucher.

Site Location

The site is in SE Moscow, ID, off Powers Ave.

The project is for the construction of 2 small homes for sale in a common-wall format (Moscow calls them twinhomes). Each home is 17x 40 feet, one level.

Use your own bidding format. A complete bid must include:

1. Cost for project

2. Earliest estimated start date

3. Any proposal for alternate materials/design

4. Contractor Section 3 self-certification form (Click here for form) 

    80% Area Median Income for Latah County is $44,200/year or $21.25/hour
    Businesses who misrepresent themselves as Section 3 business concerns and report false information may have 

     their contracts terminated as default and be barred from ongoing and future considerations for contracting opportunities.

5. Email address & phone number for communication

Successful bidder will be required to provide a schedule of values to support the bid price.
